		<description>I respect and agree with what you have said here.I think though I get the impression you are talking about unseasoned sales reps.I have a little sales experience myself.I would invited you to come to my blog and give us some ideas you may have to retrain old dogs.The problem is with experienced sales people they tend to make the same mistakes over again almost like they stop and close the door to the box they live in. I think its very easy to teach people to go out the door but they are mostly ones that have no experience.
